Shipping & Order Status


PLEASE NOTE Due to the war in Ukraine processing and shipping of hair extensions may be delayed. We strongly recommend to contact us to confirm the shipping time and the availability of hair prior to placing your order. We do our best to fulfill all orders, however, some circumstances are out of our control.

Our shipping facilities are located in Toronto, Canada, Poland and Ukraine. Your order will be processed and shipped from one of these locations depending, on the destination country and your order details. 

We ship Monday through Friday but never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers, so you can track your items 24/7 with the delivery confirmation. Most of our shipments include tracking with indirect signature confirmation.

Make sure to enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state/province and zip/postal code). I Love Slavic Hair Inc. is not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly by a customer. Unfortunately, we can not change any shipping information once the package leaves our warehouse. If an item is marked as delivered by the courier/postal service, we will not resend the product under any circumstances. All tracking updates are final. Any missing package will have to be investigated by the chosen courier company. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Order Status & Tracking Information

We encourage all our customers to Sign Up to be able to check their order status and tracking information in their personal accounts. 

If you made a purchase as a guest, you will receive tracking information on the email you entered in checkout within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number, please check your spam folder to make sure our email didn’t end up there. If it is not there, please contact our support at your earliest convenience so that we can get this resolved for you.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

Commonly, it takes us 48 hours on average to process retail orders. Some products presented on our website are in stock and ready for shipping. 

If you placed an order on hair that is in stock and doesn't require preparation for a certain type of hair extensions, it will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

If the hair of your choice requires preparation for a certain type of extensions (for example, fusions, hand-tied wefts, machine wefts or clip-ins), the time needed to process this order will be confirmed with you.

For wholesale orders, it may take 10-25 business days for our staff to make the hair extensions and prepare them for shipping. You’re required to open an account with us as a beauty salon/hair stylist to be able to place wholesale orders and get discounts. Find more information here.

All shipping times are estimates only and are calculated from the day they leave our warehouse. Carriers may exceed these times during high volumes, unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by customs.

International Shipping

We’d like to bring to your attention that our delivery destinations are not limited to the USA, Canada, Australia and the UK only. In order to find out if we ship to your country and to get a shipping quote, please send us your address and desired products via the form on the Contact Us page.


Taxes & Duties

I Love Slavic Hair is a Canadian-operated company based in Toronto, Ontario with shipping facilities in Canada and Ukraine. For all orders placed within Canada, you will be required to pay GST/HST accordingly to the province of destination. Tax will be added to your order total at checkout.

If you are ordering outside of Canada, all packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please note, if your order is shipped with FedEx or DHL, they will pay for any applicable duties and taxes on your behalf, as soon as the products you ordered enter the country. This simplifies the process and ensures that the carrier can deliver your package in the shortest possible time frame. In this case, you may receive an invoice from FedEx or DHL, after the delivery of a package, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination and include a small processing fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office.


Lost or Damaged Packages

I Love Slavic Hair can not guarantee or be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon receipt to ensure no damage or missing items. If such is the case, notify the delivery person immediately, and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for discrepancies beyond this time period.
