Hair Extensions

Your I Love Slavic Hair extensions are backed by a 30-day warranty that covers any manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind when using our high-quality hair products. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects but only if the hair has been installed correctly by a certified stylist.  If at any point within this period you suspect a manufacturing defect or issue with your hair extensions, we urge you to contact us immediately so we can assist you and begin the warranty process without delay.

It is important that you send the hair back to us for testing before we can confirm if it is defective. If the testing confirms a defect, we will replace the hair at no additional cost to you. 

Please note, any hair that has been chemically treated, altered, or damaged by dyeing, bleaching, or other chemical processes will void this warranty.

The following issues are covered under the warranty and qualify for replacement or repair:

  • Excessive shedding, meaning the hair falls apart or loses strands prematurely, far beyond what is normal.*
  • Hair that becomes unmanageable due to extreme dryness, excessive knotting, or tangling, which affects its usability and appearance.*
  • Hair that changes color to an undesirable orange or brassy tone, affecting the natural look and style.*

However, certain issues do not qualify for warranty claims, including:

  • Hair that is outside the 30-day warranty period, regardless of the condition.
  • Hair that has been dyed, toned, or chemically altered in any way.
  • Hair that appears frizzy; this can often be remedied with proper moisturizing and hydrating shampoos and conditioners.
  • Color discrepancies in unopened, unused bundles may qualify for exchange or return, but only within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Natural fading of vivid or unconventional hair colors is expected and is not covered under the warranty.
*Please remember that warranty claims are valid only if the hair has been professionally installed.

I Love Slavic Hair requires comprehensive information to process claims, including clear photos and videos of the hair issue. Hair submitted for testing must be clean, dry, and securely bound; any samples that are damp, dirty, or unbound will be returned without testing.

Hair Extension Tools

All hair extension application tools purchased from us come with a 45-day limited warranty valid within the USA and Canada.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Should you experience any issues with the tools within this period, please contact us for assistance. We may require proof of purchase and details about the problem to process your claim.

Please note this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. We encourage you to handle your tools with care and follow the provided instructions for best results and longevity.
