Returns & Refunds
What if you received your order and found out that the color, length, or thickness are not quite right? No worries, we are always there to help! You can easily return your order for an exchange or full refund (excluding the shipping costs) within 30 days after the receipt date.
As a customer, you are responsible for inspecting the order when it arrives. If it’s hair extensions, feel free to remove them from the packaging and hold them up against your hair to check the shade, feel, and length! Just be sure to keep the I Love Slavic Hair tag/seal intact around the top in case of an exchange or refund. Due to health and hygiene reasons, the removal of this seal will void the eligibility for a return.
Matching the Color
All product images on our website give an accurate representation of what these products look like in real life. However, we do understand that it’s not always easy to determine the ideal color match from your computer screen as monitors on different devices may cause some shades to look slightly different as well. To avoid this and find a better match easier, we recommend watching the product videos along with the product images.
We do color swaps completely free of charge (with the exception of the shipping costs). Plus, if you’re not sure which shade you’d like to swap to, you can use our FREE color match service. Finally, you can always talk to us! Feel free to contact our team for expert advice using the form on the Contact Us page.
If, upon opening the package, you discover any damaged or missing items, please notify us immediately.
How to Initiate Return/Exchange of Your Order
➔ If you placed an order as a guest and would like to return the product, please contact us for a return authorization number and then ship the product to the provided address.
➔ If you placed an order as a registered user and would like to return the product, you can initiate the return in the Order History section in your account on our website. Our support team will issue an authorization number and provide you with the address where the returned item should be shipped back.
Please note that returned items must be shipped within thirty (30) days of receipt, unused, with the seal undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories in place. We won’t be able to accept anything sent to us beyond this time period.
As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping charges in case of return. Please make sure you send us the tracking number and keep it until your return arrives back safely. If you want your order to be processed faster by our team, we recommend returning it with express services.
We inspect all returned items. If there is evidence that an item has been used or tampered with (e.g., a broken seal) or returned incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return of such item. Damages resulting from shipping should be noted with the carrier.
It usually takes around 3-5 business days for the warehouse to process your return order and send you the right item. Additionally, we will send you an email with a request to pay the new postage. If you are returning a product of a different value, the upgraded price will be included with this request. In other cases, if you are returning a product to get a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to be issued after the product is delivered to our warehouse. As soon as your refund is processed, we will notify you.
For easier and faster returns, just follow the instructions above and let us know if we can help further. This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to return an I Love Slavic Hair product purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
Product replacement & faulty items
If there are any faults with a product you bought from us, I Love Slavic Hair will replace the faulty item once you return the original product. A refund in this case will only be eligible if a replacement product is unavailable or if the returned product was not opened and used.
You can cancel your order if:
- our staff hadn't started their work on custom-made hair extensions for you (hand-tied wefts or clip-ins)
- the merchandise has not yet been sent for shipping.
