What if you received your order and the color, length, or thickness doesn’t feel quite right? Don’t worry, we’re here to help and make sure you achieve the best possible result.

Below you will find all the important information about returns and exchanges. Please take a moment to review it before placing your order, so everything is clear and easy from the very beginning.

Important Information

Hair extensions are a hygiene-sensitive product. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon delivery and before installation, use, washing, coloring, cutting, removal of protective seals/tags, or any other modification.

Products that have been worn, installed, altered, or with removed or damaged protective plastic seals and paper tags are not eligible for return or refund due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please note that custom-made products created according to customer-approved parameters and all extensions made out of virgin Slavic hair are considered final sale.

Texture, softness, density, thickness, and wave pattern are naturally subjective characteristics and may vary depending on individual expectations, natural hair type, styling, washing, lighting conditions, and screen settings. Slight variations are not considered defects.

Returnable Items

The following items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery:

  • Bulk hair
  • K-tip extensions
  • I-tip extensions
  • Nano-ring extensions
  • Tape-in extensions

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All extensions made from virgin Slavic hair (except bulk hair)
  • Custom-made products according to customer-approved specifications:
    1. Hand-tied wefts
    2. Clip-in extensions
    3. Machine wefts
  • Hairbrushes
  • Silk scrunchies
  • Items ON SALE.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be shipped within 30 days of delivery. We won’t be able to accept anything sent to us beyond this time period.
  • remain unused and unaltered,
  • include original packaging, and have the protective seal fully intact.

We may not be able to accept a return if:

  • the protective seal/tag has been removed or tampered with,
  • the product shows signs of use, coloring, cutting, styling, or other modification,
  • the item was custom-made to the provided specifications, or made of virgin Slavic hair,
  • the returned product is incomplete.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the safe delivery of returned products. For faster processing, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please make sure you send us the tracking number and keep it until your return arrives back safely.

How To Inspect Your Hair Extensions Upon Delivery

We highly recommend inspecting your hair extensions carefully upon arrival and before removal of the protective seal.

You may:

  1. Hold the extensions against your natural hair to evaluate the color match
  2. Check the length
  3. Gently run your fingers through the hair to assess texture and softness
  4. Carefully brush through the mid-lengths and ends
  5. Wash the hair lengths while keeping the plastic seal and paper tag intact

Please do not install, wear, alter, or remove the protective seal until you are fully satisfied with the product.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately before using the product.

Color Matching & Color Swaps

We do our best to accurately represent all colors through product photos and videos. However, colors may appear differently depending on:

  • lighting conditions,
  • monitor settings, phone/tablet screens,
  • and individual color perception.

We highly recommend reviewing both product photos and videos or using our color match assistance before purchasing.

Eligible unused products with intact seals may qualify for a color exchange.

Please note that extensions made of virgin Slavic hair and custom-made products according to approved customer specifications are not eligible for color swaps or exchanges.

Since all extensions are made from 100% human hair, toning or coloring adjustments by a professional stylist may help achieve a closer blend or custom color if desired.

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a faulty product,
  • or if any item is missing from your package,

please contact us immediately with:

  1. your order number,
  2. clear photos/videos,
  3. and a description of the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • repair,
  • store credit,
  • or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Subjective differences in texture, density, softness, wave pattern, or color perception are not considered manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing

Once your return is delivered and inspected, processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started, and the order has not been shipped.

Cancellation fees:

  • 5% cancellation fee for orders not yet in processing (to cover payment processor fees)
  • 20% cancellation fee for orders already placed into processing or production (to cover payment processor fees and restocking/labor costs)

Custom-made orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our support team for return authorization and instructions.

Please include:

  1. your order number,
  2. the reason for the request,
  3. and photos/videos if applicable.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
