Delivery Terms
I Love Slavic Hair does not offer refunds for orders that have been confirmed as delivered, even if the customer reports non-receipt. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure and safe location. Orders marked as delivered more than 30 days ago cannot be investigated further, as they exceed the required timeframe for reporting delivery issues.
